“I feel really good, feel healthy and excited to be back and ready to go and lead the guys,” Purdy said Thursday, via Nick Wagoner of ESPN. “I’m really excited about this week. It’s been a good week so far. . . . Obviously, we’ve got to finish out strong this week, but feel really good.”
Purdy still will be classified as limited in practice, and so will be wide receiver Ricky Pearsall in his first practice since a Sept. 28 knee injury.

49ers quarterback Brock Purdy remained limited in Wednesday’s practice. Coach Kyle Shanahan said before the session that Purdy would have an “aggressive practice,” even if it was limited. Shanahan previously said he wants Purdy to have three aggressive practices before returning to game action.
