ST. LOUIS — A motorist was killed when he hit a stalled semi truck and trailer near the Poplar Street Bridge, police say. The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash about 11 p.m. on the entrance ramp from northbound Interstate 55 onto the bridge, police said.
