PASCO COUNTY, Fla. (Gray News) - A woman who was last seen going to an emergency hurricane shelter was found dead in her car, according to authorities. Moira Bossard, 80, was found Sunday inside her vehicle which was submerged in water in Pasco County, Florida, according to the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.
