Quarterback Sam Darnold appeared to make mistakes on both of the plays Jefferson mentioned. When the Vikings lined up for a two-point try after linebacker Ivan Pace Jr.’s fumble recovery for a touchdown in the fourth quarter, Darnold fired an incomplete pass into tight coverage toward Addison.

The question made Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson legitimately laugh out loud. Most likely because he knew the answer was so obvious. Does he like playing against the Detroit Lions? “I don’t know what it is about them,” Jefferson said with a smirk. “I’ve been making a couple of plays here and there.”

Minnesota found itself in a hole against the Lions. After going up 10-0, the Vikings went into halftime down 21-10. It's a good thing the Vikings have a player like Justin Jefferson to help dig them out of that hole.
