TRAVERSE MOORE, DEWITT: The senior quarterback and Central Michigan commit fueled another big day for the Panthers. He had three rushing touchdowns in the opening half and ran for 181 yards on 18 carries. Moore also completed 4-of-6 passes for 50 yards. His efforts helped DeWitt surpass 40 points for the fifth time in the last six weeks.

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - DeWitt boys soccer beat Okemos 4-1, and Mason beat East Lansing 2-1 on Tuesday night to advance to the CAAC Gold Cup Final on Thursday.

Moore, who is rated a three-star prospect by 247Sports, shook off an early fumble that came on DeWitt's opening drive to put together his big night. The Panthers finished with 492 yards of offense against a Mason team coming off a shutout win over Holt in Week 1.

DEWITT — When Jadon Bender looks back to DeWitt football's 2020 state championship team, he remembers a defense that was unstoppable. And as a collective group, Bender and other members of the defense came together and discussed a desire to play like that 2020 group and help the Panthers return to the top of Division 3.

His final touchdown run — a 47-yard scamper early in the fourth quarter — wound up providing the winning margin for DeWitt.
