A cat pulled from a house fire is now safe and recovering — and his name couldn’t be more fitting.

Riverside County firefighters and a deputy resuscitated four cats that were trapped inside a burning apartment.

The fire crew requested help from animal control to take the cats for further treatment, with the American Red Cross assisting the displaced residents.
