World number 1 tennis player Jannik Sinner, who glided into the finals of Wimbledon, defeating Novak Djokovic, has been wearing a compression elbow sleeve due to an injury he sustained early in the tournament.

Jannik Sinner risked a lot against Grigor Dimitrov in the round of 16 of the 2025 Wimbledon Championships, despite starting as a clear favorite and having defeated the Bulgarian ace in four of their five official matches.

Dimitrov was playing fantastic tennis, running Sinner around the court and delivering booming serves. Dimitrov won the first set 6-3 and survived a hard-charging comeback attempt from the Italian in the second to take the set 7-5 and put the world No. 1 in a desperate position.
