Philadelphia 76ers star Paul George suffered an injury to the pinky finger on his non-shooting hand. He's since being able to make his return to action, but apparently is going to great lengths to remain available.

In the aftermath of arguably his worst game of the season, 76ers star Paul George shed some light on his ongoing injury battle. According to ESPN's Shams Charania, George's nagging hand injury has gotten bad enough to where he's been taking shots before games just to stay on the court.
