A new boutique hotel is set to open in downtown Cleveland. Fidelity Hotel, located in the historic 103-year-old Baker Building in Cleveland's Euclid Avenue district, is preparing to open its doors.

CLEVELAND, Ohio – If you have eaten at a restaurant, stopped for a drink, sauntered through downtown streets or glanced up at a building in Cleveland, you are familiar with Bruce Farkas’ work.

If approved, the $50 million stadium will be built across the street from Progressive Field in the South Gateway district.
