Visiting certain Cloud Islands, including the Pokopia developer's, will require unlocking a special item in Pokemon Pokopia.

The island code to visit the dev island in Pokémon Pokopia is: PXQC G03S. Unfortunately, visiting the dev island isn't a matter of just inputting the code and being whisked off to their Cloud Island.
