The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences honored its student winners from colleges and universities around the world at the 51st Student Academy Awards ceremony. The Gold, Silver and Bronze Medal awards were announced and presented during an in-person ceremony held at the ODEON Luxe Leicester Square in London.

The night’s category presenters included 'The Wild Robot' writer and director Chris Sanders and 'Saturday Night' co-writer and director and Film Academy governor Jason Reitman.

The Academy of of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced the 2024 winners of the annual international student film competition during an inaugural ceremony in London.
