Princess Anne worried royal watchers last summer when she was hospitalised following an accident at home on the Gatcombe Estate. The Princess Royal remained in hospital in Bristol for several days after the mishap while she recovered from a concussion.

She says she cannot remember the incident that put her in hospital with concussion last summer.

Princess Anne recently shared new insight into the incident last year that sent her to the hospital. The 74-year-old royal told the Press Association (PA) during a brief trip to South Africa this week that she remembers “nothing” from the June 2024 incident.

Anne was rushed to hospital and spent five nights there after suffering a concussion and minor injuries following the incident on her Gloucestershire estate.
