A Beaverton man was arrested Friday after he allegedly exposed himself to women in public while masturbating in Aloha. Ryan Dutter, 34, faces likely charges of public indecency and carrying a concealed weapon, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is looking for possible victims of a 34-year-old Beaverton man who was arrested on Feb. 7 for allegedly exposing himself to women in the area.

In January, a detective from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) began investigating reports of a man exposing himself to women and “performing acts of indecency.”
