A Kyle man has been charged with DWI after a crash Wednesday that ultimately led to a train crashing into downed power lines.

According to Kyle police, the 25-year-old man was driving Wednesday night on Center Street when he hit a utility pole. The crash caused power lines to fall, which were then hit by another vehicle that flipped over. Minutes later, an oncoming train hit and severed the power lines and the railroad crossing.
