The fire department says at least two apartments were heavily damaged by the fire and another four units are likely to be displaced too.

Two residents were treated on scene for minor injuries. The Richfield Fire Department adds that 12 adults and eight children were displaced and Red Cross is working with them.

Four people have died in a car crash in France after their Tesla vehicle reportedly hit a road sign and caught fire. A local police spokesman, Lt.
