Succession” star Jeremy Strong, 45, who infamously got criticized by his own onscreen dad for his method acting, is opening up about how playing Kendall Roy “f–cked me up.”

Jeremy Strong has closed the Kendall Roy chapter of his life and is ready to move on. The Succession star said in a recent interview that he does not miss playing the character he gave life to on the HBO drama for four seasons. “It f*** me up,” Strong told The Sunday Times about playing Kendall.

Strong is not by any means ungrateful for the award-winning HBO hit. “That show was an incalculable gift. The material a banquet. So I miss that,” he explains, “But Kendall’s struggle was difficult to carry for seven years. And there’s just so much more I want to do.”
