Adam Cole discussed his return on AEW Dynamite. Cole had been sidelined with an ankle injury since September 2023, but he continued to make appearances on AEW programming for the next few months. He turned on MJF and formed the Undisputed Kingdom at AEW Worlds End.

MJF's music hit, but Cole was left hanging, as the former AEW World Champion didn't show face. Instead, MJF appeared in a pre-taped promo on screen and quickly recapped the history of their friendship and feud. MJF ended his promo by stating that Cole will never get to wrestle him in a match and will be forced to die with unfulfilled vengeance.

Cole sought to explain why we should cheer him now that he’s back when the last time we saw him he was ‘The Devil’, but the fans in San Jose at AEW’s WrestleDream fallout show seemed unconvinced. MJF definitely didn’t want to hear it.

AEW World Champion Jon Moxley delivered a threatening message to the roster on this week’s episode of Dynamite.

“After shocking AEW Fans and @The_MJF with his appearance at #AEWWrestleDream, @AdamColePro makes his return to #AEW Dynamite, LIVE at 8pm ET/7pm CT on TBS, THIS WEDNESDAY!,” AEW’s post on X said.
