A man has been sentenced to 13 months in prison after admitting stealing a Banksy print from a gallery in central London. Larry Fraser, 48, stole the limited edition signed print of Girl with Balloon from Grove Gallery on New Cavendish Street on 8 September to pay off a historic drug debt.
Bria Danielle McNeal-Williams, 20, of Center Point was shot just after noon Thursday in the 2000 block of 10th Street. Birmingham Police responded to the scene on calls of a person shot shortly after 12:15 p.m. where they found McNeal-Williams suffering from a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
