Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery left the game against the Minnesota Vikings with an apparent leg injury on Sunday. The 27-year-old was helped off the field after getting his leg tangled up on a play during the first quarter. Montgomery hasn't returned to the game in the following offensive drives for Detroit.
