Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is trying to remain optimistic for Damian Lillard amid his serious leg injury.

Antetokounmpo had to pretty much do it all by himself on Sunday after Damian Lillard exited the game in the first quarter. Lillard was unable to return, and the suspicion is that the six-time All-Star may have suffered a potentially season-ending injury.
