Someone shot a dog in Gastonia earlier this week and a police officer and neighbor quickly got the canine to an animal clinic saving his life.

The quick thinking of a police officer in North Carolina may well have saved a dog’s life. Last Wednesday, a Gastonia police officer responded to a report that a dog had been shot.
