After a celebrity poses on a red carpet, such as the Golden Globes, what happens to their designer outfits? Some are displayed in exhibitions, others are auctioned. Occasionally, they don’t survive the night intact.

The 2025 award show season is in full swing. After the Golden Globe Awards this past Sunday, the National Board of Review Awards on Jan. 7 continued to honor some of the year’s best movies and performances.
