As the holiday season winds down and the smell of pine needles fades, there’s a unique way for Philadelphians to give their Christmas trees a second life — and it involves some furry friends. The Philly Goat Project is inviting the community to drop off their holiday trees for a good cause during its annual tree-cycling events.

A local farm is giving Western New Yorkers the opportunity to donate and feed their Christmas trees to goats. Let’s Goat Buffalo is a unique grazing-based landscaping company and farm located in Springville.
