Just a little more than one month after he signed a three-year, $31.5 million contract with the Denver Broncos during NFL free agency, linebacker Dre Greenlaw has suffered a "serious quad injury," according to a report from Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area.

Dre Greenlaw is hurt again, although it’s unclear how serious the injury is. The former 49ers linebacker, who played just 34 snaps last season after coming off an Achilles tear in Super Bowl LVIII, sustained a torn quadriceps serious enough to miss considerable time, multiple sources told NBC Sports Bay Area’s Jennifer Lee Chan.
