JACKSON, Miss. ( WLBT /Gray News) - A Mississippi state senator has filed a bill titled the “Contraception Begins at Erection Act.” The bill, written by Democratic Sen. Bradford Blackman, would make it “unlawful for a person to discharge genetic material without the intent to fertilize an embryo.”
