Portland Police are asking those near NE 101st Ave and NE Sandy Blvd to shelter in place while they search for a suspect who ran from them on Wednesday evening.

A 26-year-old woman has been charged after a crash in Cowlitz County left her and three children injured on Wednesday afternoon.
