THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In a rare display of solidarity, the Opposition UDF in Kerala assembly joined hands with the ruling front to adopt unanimously a resolution against the delay in granting Central assistance to landslide-ravaged Wayanad.

The Kerala Assembly unanimously passed a resolution criticizing the Central government`s delay in providing aid to Wayanad, affected by landslides in July. The resolution urges immediate financial assistance and loan waivers for survivors.
