Here’s a quick and easy homemade nasal saline rinse solution that you can use with your Navage, NeilMed or Netipot 🤧. It will really help with allergies and congestion 3 x Tbs of canning / pickling / Kosher salt 1 x Tbs of sodium bicarbonate (bicarb soda) Mix together and then add 1 x Tbs to a cup of boiling water and dissolve.
