Today, the Commander of the NATO-led KFOR mission, Major General Özkan Ulutaş, presided over the Change of Command ceremony of the Multinational Specialized Unit (MSU), held at MSU Headquarters in Pristina. During the event, Colonel Alberto Santini handed over command to Colonel Gianfranco Di Fiore, marking the conclusion of a highly regarded tour of duty.
