Way back in 1998, we began restoring habitat at Fishery Beach, located just 4km southeast of Cape Jervis in South Australia, to support the endangered Kangaroo Island Glossy Black-Cockatoo, a native species that depends on Drooping Sheoak trees for food. Originally kicked off through the Bringing Back the Glossies Project, we’ve since planted thousands of trees and shrubs and achieved over 89km of direct seeding across the landscape.
