Craving a jazz classic this morning? I certainly am, and this was the first album that came to mind! Also known as “Moanin”, this essential jazz album was originally released in 1958, and is one of the most iconic albums in the Blue Note catalog. It’s considered by many to be one of the best jazz albums of all time! I was lucky enough to get this copy of Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers signed by legendary saxophonist Benny Golson when I saw him perform at a jazz festival a number of years back!
